Lake Villa, Illinois; March, 2014 —Burnishine Products' award-winning Thumbs Up Hand Cleaner exceeds new California VOC standards for hand cleaners that became effective January 1, 2014. New regulations require hand cleaners to contain 1% or less of VOC's. Thumbs Up comes in at 0.1%, well below the new limit.
